What does a Transaction Coordinator do?

The Transaction Coordinator (TC) will manage the coordination and processing of information, documents, paperwork and agreements pertaining to the transaction for the agent. The TC will maintain a fully executed transaction file in Dotloop or Command with all necessary documents, paperwork and agreements as required by state law and Broker.

Rosa Bottcher

Director

A founding member of the Transactions in KC team, Rosa has been leading the TC team since its debut in 2015, helping agents succeed by building systems, processes, and a team that keeps transactions running smoothly. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and experience in real estate compliance, property management, and mortgage, Rosa combines expertise with a hands-on, supportive approach. Known for her collaborative leadership style, she strives to make every team member feel empowered and supported.


Rosa enjoys spending time with her son Levi and her dog, Charlie. In her free time, you can find her in the peace and tranquility of her self-proclaimed “backyard oasis,” gardening or caring for her plants. She likes her coffee strong and her TC game even stronger. Nancy Pierce

Transaction Coordinator

Nancy brings more than 25 years of real estate expertise to the Transactions in KC team, with a career that spans nearly every corner of the industry. She has worked as a licensed agent, supported a real estate appraiser, served as a commercial real estate assistant, managed operations within a residential building company, and assisted top-producing agents. Since joining the Transaction Team in 2019, Nancy has drawn on her diverse background to ensure a seamless experience for agents and their clients.


A Kansas State University graduate and longtime Overland Park native, Nancy now lives in Lee’s Summit to be close to her two children. Outside of work, she’s a dedicated tennis and pickleball player and enjoys the balance of working remotely while staying connected to the office when needed.

Nancy is always ready to take on new clients, so if you’re looking for a highly experienced, detail-oriented partner who makes the process feel effortless, she’s ready to help you every step of the way.

Ryllie Quesada

Transaction Support Specialist

Ryllie has been with Transactions in KC since 2020, serving as the Transaction Support Specialist for the TC team. As the team’s “right hand,” Ryllie keeps the TCs organized, focused, and running smoothly so they can best support the agents. With her attention to detail, organization, and lightning-fast communication, Ryllie has a remarkable ability to stay calm in the chaos, no matter how busy things get. Outside of work, she’s a proud dog and cat mom, loves exploring new local bookstores, and alongside her husband Jake is excitedly expecting their first child next year. The team truly appreciates all she does to keep everything running seamlessly!

amanda boeschen

Transaction Coordinator

Amanda is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri and has worn many hats in real estate, from working as a Transaction Coordinator and team administrator to helping agents behind the scenes in a variety of support roles. In 2020, she took on a new adventure as a full-time Assistant Property Manager, successfully leasing multiple luxury apartment communities in Kansas City. Along the way, she’s kept her licenses active, helping friends and family and even closing a few deals of her own.


Amanda played a key role in getting our After Hours TC services off the ground, and while she still supports that team part-time, she’s now diving back into her true passion—assisting agents full-time as a Transaction Coordinator. She’s excited to take on new clients, so if you’re looking for a steady, knowledgeable partner to help guide your transactions, Amanda is ready to jump in and make your life easier.


Outside of work, Amanda enjoys paddle boarding, long walks, and relaxing with a good scary movie. Her favorite role, though, is being “Aunt Mandy,” spending time with her niece whenever she can.
