What does a Transaction Coordinator do?

The Transaction Coordinator (TC) will manage the coordination and processing of information, documents, paperwork and agreements pertaining to the transaction for the agent. The TC will maintain a fully executed transaction file in Dotloop or Command with all necessary documents, paperwork and agreements as required by state law and Broker.

Director of Transaction Coordination

The founding member of Transactions in KC, Rosa has led the TC team since 2015. With a background in real estate compliance, property management, and mortgage, she is passionate about building strong systems and a supportive team that helps agents succeed. Outside of work, Rosa enjoys time with family and friends, peace in her backyard oasis, and a strong espresso drink to keep her going.

Nancy Pierce

Transaction Coordinator

Nancy brings more than 25 years of real estate experience to the team, with a background that includes residential and commercial real estate, appraisal support, homebuilding, and assisting top-producing agents. Since joining Transactions in KC in 2019, she has used her extensive industry knowledge and attention to detail to support agents and their clients. Outside of work, Nancy enjoys tennis, pickleball, and spending time with her family.

Ryllie Quesada-Jimenez

Transaction Support Specialist

Ryllie has been with Transactions in KC since 2020 and serves as the team’s “right hand,” helping keep our TCs organized and transactions running smoothly behind the scenes. Known for her attention to detail, organization, quick communication, and ability to stay calm in the chaos, she is an invaluable part of the team. Outside of work, Ryllie enjoys family time, her fur babies, exploring local bookstores, and her newest adventure, motherhood.

Transaction Coordinator

Licensed in both Kansas and Missouri, Amanda brings experience as a Transaction Coordinator, real estate team administrator, agent, and property management professional. Her well-rounded real estate background and passion for supporting agents make her a valuable resource throughout the transaction process. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys paddle boarding, long walks, scary movies, and spending time with her niece as “Aunt Mandy.”

With six years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator, Stacey is passionate about keeping transactions organized, on track, and as stress-free as possible for agents and their clients. Transaction Coordinator

Danielle has worked in real estate since 2020 as both an agent and Transaction Coordinator, with previous experience in healthcare administration and professional event planning. Her background in managing complex details, anticipating challenges, and staying organized helps her provide reliable support throughout each transaction. Outside of work, Danielle enjoys entertaining, home improvement and design projects, and spending time with her husband and two sons.

Since 2020, Jessica has supported more than 500 successful residential closings across Kansas and Missouri. Known for her proactive communication, attention to detail, and service-first approach, she enjoys being the “person behind the curtain” who helps keep transactions moving smoothly. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys volunteering at her local animal shelter, reading, and planning her next international adventure.

Carrie Mallinson

Carrie brings more than 10 years of experience supporting real estate transactions across the Kansas City metro and beyond. With a background in operations and office management, she is known for strong communication, organization, and keeping fast-paced transactions on track. Outside of work, Carrie enjoys swimming, spending time with family, and planning adventures with her grandchildren.
