What does a Transaction Coordinator do?
The Transaction Coordinator (TC) will manage the coordination and processing of information, documents, paperwork and agreements pertaining to the transaction for the agent. The TC will maintain a fully executed transaction file in Dotloop or Command with all necessary documents, paperwork and agreements as required by state law and Broker.

Rosa Bottcher
Director
A founding member of the TC team, Rosa has been leading the TC team since its inception as a one-woman show in 2015. Rosa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Missouri and has a background in Real Estate Compliance, Property Management and Mortgage. Rosa lives in Belton, MO, where she enjoys spending time with her teenage son Levi and their dogs Charlie and Teddy.

Nancy Pierce
Transaction Coordinator
Nancy has been with the KW Kansas City Metro office since March 2013. She joined the transaction team in 2019. A graduate of K-State University, Nancy began her career in real estate shortly after graduating. Nancy is native to Overland Park but now lives in Lee’s Summit, close to her two children. Nancy works remotely but is in the office by appointment. In her spare time, Nancy is an avid tennis and pickleball player.

Ryllie Quesada
TC Assistant
Curious who helps keep the transaction coordination team from getting too overwhelmed? Ryllie assists the TC team with their transactions, from completing the commission tabs to closing out all listings on MLS. Ryllie joined the team in 2020 and is happy to help each member of the team with anything they might need to make sure each transaction goes as quickly and smoothly as possible. She is a second pair of eyes for the TC Team to help ensure efficiency and accuracy.
