Hi, I'm Gretchen Kahnk! I'm a real estate agent with the Homeric team at Keller Williams Kansas City Metro, and I absolutely love helping people find their place in Kansas City.

Before real estate, I was a teacher, and that hasn't changed much! I believe in educating my clients at every step so nothing ever feels confusing or rushed. Whether you're buying your first home, moving here from out of state, or getting ready to sell, I'll explain how everything works, answer every question (no question is too small!), and make sure you always know what's coming next.

I believe the decisions are always yours to make. My job is to give you the information, the options and the honest advice you need to feel completely confident in them. There's never any pressure with me, just a lot of support and someone in your corner from the first showing all the way to closing day.

Kansas City is home for me. I grew up here, moved away for a while, and then came back and bought our home on the Missouri side, so I know firsthand what it's like to search for the right house and the right neighborhood here. Most of my family is in Kansas City too, and I love getting to raise my daughter close to them.

When I'm not working, you can usually find me with my husband and daughter walking a neighborhood or one of KC's trails, checking out a new coffee shop, or hunting down the next fun park. If you're new to the area, I'd be happy to share some favorites!
