Steven Jennings is a Kansas City REALTOR® and co-founder of KC Home Collaborative, a real estate team with Keller Williams KC Metro serving buyers, sellers, and investors across both sides of the state line — Johnson and Wyandotte Counties in Kansas, and Jackson, Clay, and Platte Counties in Missouri.

Steven works with first-time buyers, move-up sellers, relocation clients, new-construction buyers, and investors building short-term and mid-term rental portfolios. A background in hospitality shapes how he runs a transaction: clear communication, anticipated problems, and a client who always knows what happens next.

Alongside his real estate practice, Steven and his partner Nick operate Linea Stays, a boutique furnished-rental brand in Kansas City, and Eaton Street Holdings, their investment and property-management company. That hands-on experience with acquisitions, renovation, financing, and operations means investor clients get underwriting and strategy, not just listings.

His work increasingly centers on urban land development and infill — the housing, adaptive reuse, and mixed-use projects that shape how Kansas City's core neighborhoods grow. Steven is a member of the 2026 REDI cohort, a 15-week real estate development program built around the ULI development process, working through site analysis, feasibility, entitlements, and capital stack on a live Kansas City development site.

He lives in the Strawberry Hill neighborhood of Kansas City, Kansas, and most of his business comes from referrals and repeat clients.
