Serena Bales has been investing in real estate alongside her husband, Joe, since 2013, bringing all four of their kids along for the journey and teaching them about real estate, business, and building wealth.

When looking to expand the investment portfolio in 2018, she struggled to find a real estate agent who truly understood investing. Instead of settling, she decided to become the agent she was looking for. Serena immersed herself in real estate education while running a trucking company at the time, earned her real estate license, and now helps other buyers and investors navigate real estate with an investment-minded perspective.

Known for her approachable personality, curiosity, and willingness to keep learning, Serena believes some of the best opportunities come from good conversations and strong relationships. She is especially passionate about connecting people with the resources, professionals, and information they need to move forward with confidence.

When she isn't working with clients, Serena stays active in the Kansas City real estate and investment community, continuing her education and sharing what she learns with others.
